In my oppinion single most important SEO tip is getting backlinks! if you have enough links pointing to a site you can rank for any keyword. Domain name is not important at all. Think about it... Why does wikipedia rank well for so many thousands of terms? Valued content has absolutely no meaning for SEO in the short run. It only has bearing under the assumption that people will link to your site. Get them there first...On page seo is important as well but dont focus on that. Focus on getting those backlinks. They will help you rank. By the way, web 2.0 is only good if you are getting backlinks with anchor text out of it. Overal, good effort Good list.
