My last estimate is that more than 20 Million iPhones/iPod Touches were sold. In a conference call Steve Jobs said that "Babe Ruth hit just one type of home run, which he hit over and over" We are going to see that with the iPod Touch "engine" which will keep expanding to more sizes. I am sure there will be several versions of the iPhone as well. The mini (nano) size, and the current size with much more memory and faster processors.
