Building Wealth with Web Sites

Using the Rich Sage Underground, I’ve created a place where my students can gather and learn how to build value for web sites –their own and sites we collectively work on.  I’ve written extensively about the process on how to get started quickly and build value for clients on a local basis.

The process is very important because everyone wants to make money online, but has no real plan that is sustainable.  I’ve created a membership for just a few thousand individuals who can work with me to build their own little success story online.  But, that’s not all.  By working with me in the Underground, my members can help build a few core properties and share in the success of those as well.

What I am building is an incubator of web properties –not just web properties but web sites that collect data and even deploy real-world products.  All these operations are growing in the “incubator” and on a regular basis will be “spun off” to real-world corporations.  And when that is done, my Members at the Rich Sage Underground, and those who are working with me in the JV Operations –everyone benefits.

STEP ONE:
What I’ve pointed out in STEP 1, are the web sites that a Member builds for local businesses –these may number from about a small inventory of 10 web sites to over 250 sites that are “cultivated” over time and search engine optimized and then set for sale.  As a Member, your objective is to sell a few of these every month to build the base of your operations and a substantial portion of your early revenue.

STEP TWO:
As you accumulate an inventory of sites, you’ll notice a few of them that get more traffic than others.  You’ll notice a few of them that earn more than others from advertisers.  My suggestion is that you keep adding value to these sites in the form of creating:

• Memberships
• Blogs with regular updates
• Additional search engine optimization features
• Mailing Lists
• Forums
• Contact Forms for Lead Building
• Articles
• And any other special features that you can think of to build value

These sites, with an active user community and recognition in your local area can be sold for much more.  You may not be able to build these every month and make sales just as often –But, it is reasonable to expect that you can build one or two of these types of sites on an annual basis.

STEP THREE:
This type of site you may be able to sell each year or two –this is a promising site in your inventory that gets good traffic, has a membership or other type of product that sells regularly OR provides leads –making a compelling reason for someone to pay a good amount to purchase the site.  Once again, such a site you may only sell once every year or two, but the amount is significant.

STEP FOUR:
While building your ideas, on occasion, you may want to present your business plan to the Rich Sage, who will be able to:

• Help build your online business
• Find the Affiliates needed to rapidly grow your online work
• Then sell it to the highest bidder and share in the profits

In this type of situation we will take on 100% of the responsibility and cost of the project, while you earn a commission for bringing the project to our organization.  We’ll also bare the cost of building and selling such a regional or global web project.

STEP FIVE:
These are corporate sites you can help build from the Underground.  Sites such as RoboBanner and AddMatch, which you can help build into multi-million-dollar business that are then put up for sale.  When the properties are sold, you can share in the wealth based on the expertise or equity you established in the project.

The objectives of each step are clear:  Take something of little value and add a proven plan of action to build value for clients from a local business to global corporations.  Then share with a few thousand Members the success model.
