RICH SAGE Business and Marketing Plan

My Rich Sage brand building is growing nicely.  At this time I’ve got over 100 registered members, traffic growth is on target and now I am adding services to “round out” the growth of the network.

Perhaps, my primary focus on this aspect is the use of content building by users of the network.  Take for example, some of the most successful large companies like eBay, Google, Yahoo and even MySpace –these companies are allowing users to create the content, while they manage infrastructure, data and innovation.

I have to do the same, but since I have to do things on a budget and be very resourceful, I look to open source software to accomplish the same.  The Rich Sage is using Wordpress.  So, I looked into Wordpress MultiUser or WordpressMU, which seems to be a great fit.
The idea is simple –give a place where the Affiliates can express their business niches and create credibility.

To accomplish that I’ve gone in two directions:
Major niches, complete business areas and memberships are done via big.com and Joomla installations.

Focused niches, publishing business areas and traffic building is done by Wordpress installations at biig.net.  For example, http://biig.net is the default page.  The actual DIRECTORY for all the niches will be http://www.biig.com

I am now going to finish my business plan for the affiliates and will post that later today.
