Creating Value Online

Creating Value Online with Website Properties

There used to be a time when creating a website meant a few days of work and a lot of painful research to add content to such a site.

In the past few years that ball game has chaged great thanks to many CMS programs.  Content Management Systems such as WordPress automate many aspects of creating websites and posting content.

Yes, just about complete automation.

Just one problem: Anyone can do the same.  Thus completion is intense.

To resolve the above problem, I created the Rich Sage Underground, a private place to help tech Members how to build value and grow a sustainable business.

Rich Sage Underground

I’ve set out to create an unfair advantage with my tools to help members learn how to:

  1. Build such sites
  2. Learn to make them valuable
  3. Then sell or keep earning from them

To further aide such start-up efforts, I created the below checklist:

I have called it a “Zero-G Checklist” because of my belief that in the financial success “ball game” most of us never escape “earths’ gravity” — most of us are simply stuck, captured by gravity in various ways.

If you look at the various ways that most people try to escape such situations, I think the most widely used technique is “gambling” and most of us know how that ends up.  Just check the odds of winning a lottery.

The other two ways are a “right education” and your own business.  I put “right education” in quotes because it does matter to a great degree what you study.  It has to be marketable knowledge, and once you get your foot-in-the door that’s just the start.  Then you need to prove yourself.

Then there is my personal favorite –business.  Even though the results can be outstanding, the failure rate is very high.  None more so than with online businesses.  IF you’re going to rely on an online business to “escape earths’ gravity” — Good luck.

OR follow me! More about my plans when this post continues…

I believe generating “enough LIFT” to overcome the stranglehold placed by gravity is not that difficult when you learn to do one thing online  –BUILD VALUE.

* Negative LIFT will bring anything in the air down to the ground, quickly!

In my case, I am teaching my Members to build value a few ways:

  • For local businesses
  • For Google and a few other Affiliate Programs
  • For “our” Corporation

These “lessons” are timeless and sustainable –they need to work today and many years to come.  AND as the Rich Sage would setup things, there is an element that creates longevity like no other –My tools.

Start to Zero G

1. Going through the 7-Steps of the ZERO-G Checklist, the first is obvious.  I have some introductory videos that are actually on YouTube for general consumption.

Any video that is on YouTube will not go into details about general knowledge.  These video will present most often an overview of the membership.

2. As much as I like to write, I don’t think most people in my membership want written details about what to do.  My solution is to present specific information on video that only Members have access to in the forum.  These are videos that are delivered via a player such as Windows Media Player and delivered from a server.

3. The key element in building value in various ways is to use WordPress to setup, manage and grow a web site.

There is no better way to do it than by using WordPress to handle just about everything.  I am sure anyone can manage a few dozen such sites.  However, my objective is to be able to manage hundreds of such sites by using my Universal Admin Tools’ WordPress management area.

4. Once a few sites are setup, you’re faced with the same problem –how to create value using such a site.

This is the same problem that I faced with Rich Sage dot com when I started — How to solve the “Who Cares?” issue.

  • I solved it by constantly creating value.  At first I worked on writing the best content that I could.
  • Then I created several areas where readers can participate and make comments.
  • Lastly, I created the membership area where I help other learn and earn with my methods.

In my membership area I have to help everyone create value rather quickly and then “ride that success” to long-term financial independence –again, using my ideas.

5. Once all that is done it’s time to monetize.  Well, the idea of selling Rich Sage dot com does not even enter my plans.  It’s very personal for me.  I have purchased around 100 domains, and only 3 of them I personally own.  All the others are part of a company.  So, the Rich Sage is me.

I don’t advice my members to get too personal with their domains –apart from THEIR_NAME.COM or something that is used for their business headquarters.  In my case, business headquarters equal Rich Sage dot com.

So, once a few WordPress sites are running it’s time to make them productive and valuable in many ways.  I’ve covered many of those methods on this site.  Now it’s time to teach some of the advanced techniques to my members –everything from setting up forums, blogs, mailing lists, membership sites, etc. etc, will be covered by my membership.

6. Then comes the “THROTTLE UP STAGE” — This is the part where you’re on a high-power rocket headed into space, but after gaining some speed ‘launch control’ is ready to apply maximum power.  This is where my membership excels.

With the help of a network of websites, I’ll show my members how to build value for their websites working with:

  • Membership sites
  • My tools & affiliate program
  • Selling sites
  • and building a large network that is partly owned by Members

All of the above leads to #7, which is my long-term “value” that leads to “ZER-G”  — participating with me in the corporation that we build.  I cannot go into details about that, but I will in the private membership area.

By the time my Members reach #7, they should be in GEO-SYNCHRONOUS ORBIT!

But merely talking about it will get us nowhere.  I better get back to work.

Carpe Diem,
Rich Sage
