Flipping a Site, the Rich Sage Way

I have the task of building 3 sites as part of my Rich Sage dot Com Contest 2010. The idea that came to mind was to create a fourth site just to sell to someone looking to make money online.

That is my plan with Keeke dot com, a domain that I had for a plan I made a long time ago, but didn’t do much work on it. Now I am planning to sell it to a worthy buyer who wants to build it to the next level with my promotional plan.

Often such an effort is called “flipping a site” –generate traffic and an income and get rid of the site to the highest bidder. In my case, I don’t feel comfortable doing just a “build and dump”. What I am doing is creating maximum value for the company and the buyer by helping buid the site further with my advice and some outsourcing.

There are two winners when I maximize the sites’ earning: The Maxsimo Network and the Buyer. That’s worth a some extra effort!
More about my global promotional plan…

Maxsimo Network: Building It.

  • Maintain Affiliate effectiveness with as many automated products
  • Innovate with as many local products that save money
  • Make the network easy to use and to earn with

CO-OP Advertising for the MAXSiMO NETWORK

  • I’ve also setup a co-op program that will be launch on the 1 of July, that enables Affiliates who just do the basic setup once joining to benefit from automated signups and referrals.
  • My setup basically keeps Affiliates engaged and doing the best they can to build the network and follow the business model.
  • As traffic grows to the network, more and more automated sales and referrals will take place –growth yields more growth.

Finally, everything from the Rich Sage 2010 Contest to the Maxsimo Network were redesigned and now up and running. I’ll now get back to work making all things move forward…

Carpe Diem,
Rich Sage
