Grand Plan by the Rich Sage, Now Moving Forward

When I started addressing the tasks of making money online and building a business around it, the objective was not a get rich overnight plan or a short lived idea.

I have grandiose objectives, and I didn’t plan to stop until I made them at least functional on a small scale.

Now the plan is in motion, and as my discussion continues, I’ll layout my plans to make it well into “P1″ or Phase One –which is all about the online aspect of the business.

Long Term Business Plan

Phase One involves mostly online work with support provided from a few offices.  As the operation grows, more and more ‘offline’ (business products) will be added to strengthen the entire operation and add many forms of cash flow.

Therefore, Phase Two and Three are all about building more and more products.  I think Phase Three will cater to the estimated 10 million+ millionaires worldwide.  I am sure in the next decade or two, that will expand to 20 million people (All millionaires, hopefully most of my Members as well!!!) and they will look for high-end products and services for their travel and leisure.  Actually, this is part of my travel plan as well.  Hopefully, I can get a corporate discount to do it!

P1: Phase One — Work with several thousand Members to:

Build a global web development company with several premier properties.  This is not something new –There are several large corporate giants like IAC (InterActive Corporation) that are billion-dollar companies doing most of their work in house.  In my plan, I’ll work closely with the Members to do the same, with only very large projects/properties handled in house.  Even that operation will be “decentralized” with staff worldwide handling small aspects of the big picture.

That process has started with my work to establish a network of Members representing every corner of the world.  Would you like to join?  Just go here…

I’ll further implement these ideas in May to expand the membership:

• Finalize an Affiliate program paying $20/month for referrals.  Of course, that also ‘plugs’ the Affiliate into the greater income programs and all the benefits that go with it.
• Several Joint Ventures with established marketing professionals to bolster the membership into the hundreds.
• Focus on just one property in the short term to make it a success before moving on to others.
• More and more advertising, writing, videos, articles, etc. to get the message out about the company & membership.
• A lot more outsourcing to produce a lot of the content that I need.

Phase Two and Three: Well, I don’t want to even think about it.  They are both a long way off.  It’s realistic that in 2010 I’ll start Phase Two and then perhaps, around five years from now I can start the last Phase, but at this point I just take notes, and keep adjusting the business plan, usually when I have a break or travel.

I should add that Phase Two will require about a 8-figure starting capital, while phase three will need a 9-figure amount.  I don’t want to spend my time working on getting the capital — I want to have a phase one success under my belt and then explore how to build the next phase, and have a fun time doing it.
