HI Veronica,
I agree partly... I ended up with a 5-tier pricing plan. For the first 100 members it is $27/month. Then I keep increasing for every 250 or so members by about $10/month until at over 1,000 it's $97/month.

My setup becomes very powerful the more members that I have and my pricing strategy warrants the increases.

Furthermore, most of the money I earn from the membership sales is spent on advertising and growing a company --mainly programming costs.

The spending helps members greatly with better and better products.

Pricing is relative to our worth in life. i dont choose pricing on my products based on my competitors as I will package it better. Building a brand that can be trusted and giving value to your clients, people should pay. You need more then twice as many clients at $67 vs $27. Well that is my thought, cheap does not sell more.
