My Article Publishing Process

Using the below article, that I’ve written for this post, I’ll “run you through” my publishing process.  My objective is to take a quickly written article, and make several rewrites and edits, in ever increasing quality, and publish them in the articles directories with the best exposure.

Each article starts out as an idea or an observation or just simply a review that I post at Rich Sage dot com.  I’ve then noticed that some posts get much more views that others.  I take those posts and create an article out of it.

STEP ONE in the PROCESS:

I have an example article below that I then sent to a “article publishing” site that uses an automated process to publish to around 450 sites, give or take a few.  My only objective here is to create links to RichSage dot com.  I really don’t expect much traffic from these article directories at all.  The JET SUBMITTING service (linked is a discussion about it) is $17.00 per month, and I use it regularly for my traffic building plan.  I will subscribe to the service for another quarter before I discontinue its use.  Actually, I like the idea of what it does.  However, I’ve come up with a better “publishing engine” for our own network, and I’ll switch to that for the future.

What makes a PERFECT AFFILIATE PROGRAM?

Joining an affiliate program is an excellent way for online Entrepreneurs to build success online by monetizing (earning from) web sites visitors.  There are some Affiliate programs that pay much better commissions and result in long-term financial success for promoters.  The key to success is identifying these programs and working on building short and long term success online.

It is vital that you start promoting an affiliate program the right way and learn to get started with little or no expenses!  Once you start to generate revenue, then you can expand into processes and procedures that cost money.  You can even hire someone to do some of your work when things are going very well.

The problem with Affiliate programs for the “newbie” (one who is very new to the online world) is that they often are promoted in a very expensive way that results in a huge deficit getting started. Often the cause of this problem is that the Webmaster does not have enough site traffic.  Or is using a very expensive process to generate web site traffic.   The whole process becomes too expensive and it’s difficult to see the “light at the end of the tunnel”.  After some effort the Affiliate will drop out.

The Rich Sage Approach is VERY Different!

At http://www.richsage.com I’ve built a community with advice helping online Entrepreneurs:

• Build traffic to their web sites using search engines to Web 2.0 sites.

• These users signup and pay for services that bill monthly, quarterly and annually resulting in residual commissions
• The Affiliate program products and services help businesses save money
• When the business uses the products, CONSUMERS save money
• Running on a distributed network with a lot of web site “properties” that generate many sources of revenue  –short and long-term.
• Many of the tools, services and applications “spread online as viral engines” –even with limited traffic, Affiliates can build success

Lastly, the NUMBER ON REASON that this is the Perfect Affiliate Program:

Affiliates can reserve their own LOCAL PORTAL and following that, everything product or service sold from that portal generates commissions WHILE PROTECTING the sales area (geographic) of the Affiliate!.  Additionally, products that are sold in the real world through merchants are also retailed via the local portal running from biig dot com.

The end result is a mix of online and real world (offline) products and services that lead to Affiliate success.  And with restricted spaces Affiliates can operate with confidence that the business they are building will be theirs for as long as they keep building and maintaining their Affiliate business portal.

Usually, the last line with a link back to more information, an OTO (one time offer) page or sales page is put in the signature box. Most likely, ALL of MY Articles will be Published at Rich Sage dot com after some editing.  Keep in mind that the above article I have already published via the mass-distribution engine I linked to above.  I didn’t spend too much time evaluating the quality of the article.  I just took my main ideas and put a 450 word article together in 30 minutes and distributed it.

Now the FIRST STEP: PUBLISH VIA  “JET SUBMITTER” to several hundred PUBLISHING SITES, is complete.  Then I do some editing and rewriting and publish at Rich Sage dot com.  That too is done.

My Last Consistant Step:

Then I further edit the article to publish manually into these Publishing and Distribution Sites.  Each of these site are submitted to as a registered author.  Obviously, I don’t do follow this process with every post.  Just the posts that are more popular, or is marketing a product.

Depending on the Type of Article there are a Few More Steps:

• I supply the article to a writer who will then “spin” the article into many forms so that my Affiliates can use it for their writing and publishing.
• If it’s appropriate, I will turn the article into a press release and distribute it via my PRESS RELEASE Distribution Web Sites.

The process takes a good article and makes it a GREAT article that is ready to be edited further by Affiliates for their own sales needs.  What you want to mimic in this process is like what the major television networks do with their new footage — you want to cut, edit and broadcast your message “using the initial idea” but in ever increasing quality and quantity.  The result of this process is that you intial idea and page of text ends up being 25 pages or even 100 pages of article content that get distributed all over the Internet by various distribution channels.

As you continue this process for a few months, you’ll see an ever-increasing flow of traffic to your web site and increases in your monetizing model. It a proven process. You just need to get started!
