There are dozens of companies that will “push” ads based on your content to your web site.  In my case, I am relying on Google to supply ads that are posted on the right column and at the bottom of individual page views.  I also run Google’s AdSense on a network of sites as part of my make money online monetizing study.

The main reason that I decided to work with Google is for their stability.  I am not going to make Google Ads the cornerstone of my revenue. How to Optimize using “<!– google_ad_section_start –>”
& “<!– google_ad_section_end –>”:

When you work with AdSense there is a vital code that you need to insert to optimize the ads that are being displayed.  By inserting a “<!– google_ad_section_start –>” before the text which you want Google to use for displaying ads and then inserting “<!– google_ad_section_end –>” at the end, you’ll get highly optimized ads delivered to your site based on it’s content. These ads are more likely to get clicked on for the simple reason that they are what your readers are looking for.

In my case, I’ve put the “start” code line in the single page view within the WordPress setup where the body of the post begins and the “end” code at the end of the text, before any of the advertising or plugins that are running now.  You could even put the codes at the HEADER and FOOTER, but all that depends on how many added content you have in both areas.  In my case, a lot.  I decided to have the two codes added to individual pages.
