Business Credit Building

Business Credit BuildingBusiness Credit Building

I am merely a Sage, and the below information is just that –It’s not legal or accounting advice. I’ve provided for informational purposes to help you find direction to your own research…

If you are looking for $50,000 or $250,000, following these simple steps, you can build your own corporate/business credit.

Just over 4 years ago I got an interesting e-mail from a business credit building expert. The very short e-mail talked about an innovative way to build business credit by creating a Nevada “shelf” Corporation that was “aged” a few years and using it to build hundreds of thousands of dollars in business credit.

To prove their point they sent a list of everything that they would do, and all I needed to do was pay their 4-figure fee. During that week, the expert that I talked to and the Google searches of his name gave me the confidence to wire the money and get started. At that time this was the largest online purchase I had made dealing with someone I had never met.

Then 6 months went by and nothing happened. I was assured that the process was taking time and I’d soon have my new corporation with credit… Many more months passed by. I had given up. Then I took the notes out and started researching the process myself. Oh, yeah, I also got my money back! I know that I was one of two people who got a 100% refund from what turned out to be a scam. The process was actually “legit” however the individual in charge of the operation seems to posses very few brain cells, and the ones that were ‘active’ allow him to talk, but not much else.

You don’t need to pay anyone to build business credit. You can do it yourself. My suggestion is that you build business credit while your company is new. DO NOT WAIT until you *need the money*!!!

The best way I can say it is like this: BUILD YOUR BUSINESS CREDIT when you DON’T need the money.

Kayak Travel Site

The Rich Sage is in a bit of a travel mode. I took a quick look via Kayak.com at the airfare and was delighted at how the system compared around a 140 websites while returning prices.

It looks like Kayak has expanded to create a community around it’s web2.0 “mashup” site adding hotels, cars, cruises, great travel deals and an interesting pick –destination based on Kayaker’s buzz.

Then and Now: 1933 vs 2008

Rich Sage Comparison of Economic Conditions: 1933 vs. 2008

Comparison: 1933 vs. 2008

Today’s economic situation, while serious, is minor compared with the financial collapse of 1933.

  • That year, about half of mortgage debt was in default.
  • On Dec. 31, 2007, serious delinquencies in the United States were 3.62 percent of all mortgages. That rate may rise a little more and top off early summer, but the rest of the year the trend will improve.

Although, the housing market will continue to go down in some markets, there are signs now that buyers are starting to step in and make purchases. In many college towns, the prices have actually held pretty steady or gone up!

Easter Holiday Weekend Inspiration

Category: JOURNEY | One response so far »

Hi!  I just wanted to post a different message for the weekend.  Often, we who can see everything, often overlook the essence of our abilities.  However, someone who has lost a sense may be able to display a gift, that we may never know exists within us.  In the end, we need to remember that IF we don’t try, nothing happens… Follow your passions and you may see that anything is possible.

Hope you have a good weekend and Happy Easter.

Apple Safari Browser Review by the Rich Sage

Apple Safari Browser Review

Apple just released their third-generation browser, Safari 3.0 and it has a Windows version that I am testing.

I already use Internet Explorer 7, which I need to access a newspaper site that I read daily.

I use Firefox mostly for general browsing and much of my SEO work. It has great plugins that provide a lot of “insider information” about web sites and searches in general.

Oh My! It’s a Jungle Out There

Oh My! It’s a Jungle Out There

Make Order

Today I got started looking around the blog and realizing that I had better create some order in my posts, in addition to the categories. I then created a “TOP 100 Post” for just about all the important elements at Rich Sage dot com. My plan is to take the 13 or so posts and keep adding content to them until I have around 20 to 25 links. Then I will publish them in a TOP 100 List as my next theme update goes live.

To create the top 100 I spent a bit of time looking at the important posts at the Warrior Forum. These are posts at the forum that have gotten the most views. I’ve duplicated much of that in my posts, as it’s obvious that this is the type of content that readers want. For example, “business credit building” is of huge interest to readers. So is a “21-Step Plan to Get Started Online” and “TOP 100 WordPress World” which links to plugins and WordPress tips that bloggers cannot live with out.

My great ideas for increasing readers…
