Building the Rich Sage Community –Results After Six Months of Effort:

With the month of June to go, half of 2008 has just gone in a flash. Today I wanted to discuss what was completed in that time, and the major efforts that will be completed in June –which for me is a transition period between a time when I raised funds to a period where the business plan is executed 100%.

Monthly pages views are now exceeding 200,000. I still consider this ONLY 20% of my goal. My page view goal will be reach with the below additions that are going live in June.

The month of June, the 13th month since I got Rich Sage dot Com started, will be used to “put it all together” starting with the new Rich Sage 4-column theme that goes live sometime on Sunday. The new theme will help visitors better navigate the content, access membership areas better and use the Rich Sage community –better and faster.

While all this is going on, I’ve kept up my work as a fund management consultant, taking on several new Clients in May.

My Off-Line Work:

My objective with my off-line work continues to accelerate. As I said, I have several new Clients, and my aim is to get them my target of 60% to 70% annual return trading their accounts on the American stock markets. I’ll keep growing that part of my work until I have about 50 Clients.

The Client management work also includes what I’ve done at NEXT SuperStock, which has not been updated. It too will get the same theme as the Rich Sage, with different colors. That is my next project using WordPress.

My Online Community:

Now to the online part. I am building a community that includes readers, users of several membership areas and free services. The objective of the community is to help members make money online using my products, services and tools. Parts of the community include:

Free Ad Forum:

An area that accepts free ads in a forum format. I’ve not yet put up my own ads. I feel that I should be the first to use it, and will place my content in the next week or two. The site also needs to be monetized using AdSense, which I have yet to do. The purpose of the site is to generate a lot of visits by search engines and repeat visitors to the Rich Sage dot com.

Rich Sage “Underground” Lessons:

This area is part of my advanced lessons, using my business plan and Maxsimo Affiliate program. All the lessons are presented using a forum, blog and project areas that are all integrated into one program. All the lessons are provided via the “Rich Sage Academy” area.

Rich Sage Marketplace:

I’ve also created the Rich Sage Marketplace to feature many of the products that I review, products that I deem a very high value and those that are feel are of great value to the community. They will all be featured in the Rich Sage Marketplace, which I think will be one of the highest revenue generating areas in my monetizing plan.

Rich Sage Affiliate Program: Maxsimo Network

Lastly, there is the lone Affiliate program that I am promoting –The Maxsimo Affiliate Program. It is suppose to encompass all aspects of my work and make it possible to market any type of product that is in my network. The products that are marketed will be mainly membership type of products and services that pay commissions monthly, quarterly and annually –recurring commissions are perfect for Affiliates!

A Note to Associate and Future Associates:

The past months have been a blue with traffic building, projects and my daily work growing by leaps and bounds. Please accept my apologies for many of my delays. I’ve had a table full of work to get done, especially in the writing department, where I have to do most of the first ‘generation’ of work.

Much of this work is coming to a point where I can “hand it off” to you to continue in your field of expertise. During the month of June I will be contacting you to start each project or phase of work as I have discussed. I’ve planned a lot during these busy times. Now it’s time to seek your help to “move the Sage” to the next level of business growth.

The evolution of my work starts with the migration to a new theme by this Monday. I’ve been testing the theme using just an IP address for nearly a month. Now ‘I hope’ it’s ready to go, and will begin the phase of my operations where I work with you to meet each other’s long-term goals, as I have discussed with you.
