Rich Sage Traffic Update

After a year of serious work growing my site traffic, I’ve found a few ways to maintain sustainable traffic growth.  In the past 10 days I’ve not updated Rich Sage dot com, but the traffic to the site is consistent and comes in at about 70% of the month’s peak, mainly from search engines.

All my promotional activities were duplicated at my article site –The ArticleMINT, and that too is seeing record traffic.  Now I have settled down to a sustainable manner of doing things — Just writing and maintaining the forum areas while being backed by a modest ad budget.

To achieve this site traffic, here is what I’ve done –the most effective steps:

• Link building from a few key sites
• Directory listing
• Focused on a few key postings that get lots of search visitors
• SEO optimized the site using WordPress.

The above items are what I started with. However, there are limits to what can get accomplished and how long one can continue to do those tasks.

Lately, I have been doing what is listed below:

• Focus on writing for a few select key word phrases
• Add several user generated content areas –mainly several forums
• Lastly, generate paid traffic with an effective monetizing plan

The above steps are sustainable and can continue indefenitely!
