They don't have any policy regarding the money that exchanges hands which leads me to believe that they haven't been audited and simply don't follow regulations. The site is located in Canada which makes it hard for most american's to try and collect their money since it is outside US jurisdiction. Their policy even states that you better not file a complaint with your credit card or paypal or they will suspend your account. That statement in itself seems a little like fraud to me. Let's face it, If your running a reputable site, then it wouldn't matter if someone filed a dispute with their credit card as you have nothing but honesty behind you. That's simply not the case with scriptlance. I read numerous complaints about scriptlance at several consumer sites. There are a lot of people losing their money on scriptlance.
