Three Topics Huge Web Site Traffic

Write about these Three Topics and You’re Bound to See Huge Traffic
Looking over my traffic stats this am I noticed that there were three spikes during July. I count a “traffic spike” as a day with 100% more web site visitors than on an average day. Then going back several months, I see the same pattern… Write about each of these subjects and you’ll consistently see more web site traffic!

My Traffic Maximizing Topics Continued…
The first topic is Google. Not just about Google search or the company in general. Write about a new advancement, and people follow to learn about what can be done with it. That was the case when I wrote a review about Google Docs on the Desktop –traffic spiked.
Before that I wrote about why I am staying with Google AdSense, in a post titled Show Google Some Love, and the results were the same. If you look at Google Webmaster site or Google Labs, there is enough material there to cover a life-time of blog posts!
My next major topic that gained the most traffic was “Traffic Building” –the topic itself. Obviously, more and more webmasters are interested in this topic. In my case, i don’t rely on it that much. I think it can be a bit boring and monetizing it is pretty lame –just the same ol, same ol, stuff. Who wants to read all that?
So, I keep things on the “traffic building posts” to the most important ideas and those that I have tested and work. One of the more interesting things that I’ve started doing is to reveal my results to some problems faced by the make money online community, and then go to one of the forums that I frequent and pose the same question and ask what those forum members think. Often the answers are very diverse, but thought provoking. That too generates a ton of visitors from a forum or two.
Lastly, there is my all-time-best traffic generator: Good ‘ol Apple. In this case, I wrote about Apple stock.

There are a legion of Apple users online with time to read. I guess running Mac OSX is flawless and that leaves time for Apple users to cruise the Internet reading, of all things, more news about Apple. I think these guys & gals, breath, drink and eat everything Apple and have a poster of Steve Jobs in their apartment or doom room. Am I right? B>)
So, write about Apple computer, preferably with a positive tone of some kind and you’ll get a lot of visitors that are cordial and in agreement with your worship of Apple. I do caution about a negative story –that could get even more visitors, but the likelihood that your server will go down is pretty high!
My three examples here are to share with you one little tip: When you broadcast you article after publishing it using WordPress, make sure to then go to sites that cater to your type of readers for additional decimination. Don’t just randomly post to Web 2.0 sites. Keep your efforts targetted! When you consitantly follow this process, you’ll see that quickly a legion of readers will build and visit your web site.
Carpe Diem,
