Rich Sage Traffic Growth is Accelerating: My plan for March 2008

The month of February ended with outstanding traffic growth. All this after only 4 months of work. Clearly the number of sites that are referring traffic is increasing, and with it the number of visitors. My goal in March is to nearly double what you see above.

Here are the steps that I am taking to make that happen:

• Much more deep linking to specific pages that are of great interest to those who are working to make money online. This process involves registering specific pages with a service that will publish the exact URLs with many thousand directories. I described part of that linking process several months ago.
• Publishing bulk articles that link back to the Rich Sage based on specific key words.
• Publishing high-quality articles about the Rich Sage Affiliate Program here and editing them again for the best article publishing sites.
• Start making use of off-line advertising and marketing tactics. I discussed the first of those ideas by creating unique business cards.
• The Rich Sage Affiliate Program will get a “kick-start” with the publishing of a pair of e-books. These e-books have many links that lead right to the Rich Sage site and help with advice for everyone.
• I have not made too many updates to the Rich Sage 2008 Make Money Online Contest. I will do that and plan on starting to award prizes. I hope by the end of the year, the contest is a leading traffic generator.
• Lastly, keep publishing high-quality content here to benefit readers and take advantage of searches.

One of the greatest intangible assets of any business is “momentum” — I have started the process of greatly increasing the Rich Sage reader base.  Now that process gets a “boost” as I use some advanced methods to reach 1,000 “hits” per day.  I think sometime next quarter, I will reach a point where I can focus on writing and content and let the traffic growth take care of itself.
